In 1992, we bought a 709 sq. ft. house on the Weeki Wachee River. In the beginning, the house had one bath,and one bedroom. We expanded, renovated, and remodeled for a several years.
Today our cozy little cottage is aproximately 1300 sq. ft., has two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. The home sleeps 6 comfortably. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, and two twin beds in each of the other two bedrooms.
There are two TV sets in the house, one in the master bedroom, and one in the living room. There is one VCR, and one DVD player. We have basic cable. There is a microwave, convection oven, gas stove and oven. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the detached shed.
All you need to bring is your toothbrush and swim suit!
