1. We rent to ONE family (Mom, Dad and Children) at a time. We DON'T want you to invite friends and/or other family over. Exemptions to this rule can be requested. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis, and will normally require an additional charge. VIOLATORS OF THIS RULE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RETURN!! We have had SEVERAL problems with people breaking this rule. This upsets the neighbors who call us and complain. We no longer allow more than one family on our property at any given time. We must now ask that there be no visitors during your stay unless they have been approved. 2. NO SMOKING! The smell of stale smoke all over the furniture and linens is extremely offensive to non-smokers. Please do all smoking outside or on the screen porch! 3. Absolutely NO PETS! 5. If you use any linens, please wash and dry them before you leave. 6. We can not insure that the gas cylinder for the stove top (on the porch), or the gas grill will be full. If there is no gas, or if it runs out during your stay, you can fill it up at the convenience store right down the street on Shoal Line Blvd. 7. Turn the air conditioner off before you leave, even if you KNOW someone is coming in later. 8. Empty refrigerator of all perishable items before you leave. 9. Remove all garbage from house and take the cans to the road. Garbage days are Monday and Thursday. 10. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!
If you have an emergency and must cancel your reservation, you will be allowed to have free days equal to what you paid for. Your free days can not fall on a holiday or in June or July. These times are usually reserved. 11. Please check out by 2:00 PM |
